I'm not sure this is true but apparently Justin’s twitter account was hacked a few hours ago.
Apparently they tweeted the following update on the day he reached 19 million followers.

Anyone can sure this is true?
And congratulation all Bieber's fans, Justin Bieber reaching on 19 million follower,

Just Recently Justin Bieber completed 18 million followers,

and now he has completed 19 million too.
Justin Bieber is second person to cross 19 million followers on twitter.
